Beautiful outdoor terrace and garden, which offer views of the river and come equipped with a hot tub for ten, an outdoor kitchen, and a heated swimming pool that is already open & heated since April 20, 2025. - The average nightly rate of approximately CAD$1,995 ($1595 TO $2395) accommodates up to 14 guests in the house, averaging about CAD$142 (US$103) per person, per night. This is significantly less than what one might pay for a single room at a 3-star hotel in Montreal without any amenities. Moreover, guests can enjoy the luxury of staying together under one roof, in a beautiful property that boasts so many amenities, 7,000 sq. ft. of living space, and a total private property expanse of 16,000 sq. ft. - As a courtesy, we provide the following initial supplies: 3 rolls of toilet paper and liquid hand soap in each bathroom, along with 1 roll of paper towels and 1 bottle of Dawn dish soap in the kitchen. If additional supplies are needed, guests need to purchase them from the nearby supermarket. - The basic house reservation accommodates up to 14 individuals, counting both adults and children aged 2 and above. If you plan to have more guests, a charge of $175 per person, per night will apply. Once you input the accurate guest count, the system will automatically adjust the cost and offer an updated quote. - The house is situated within the city of Montreal, neighboring Beausejour Park, which is accessible from the garden via a private gate. It features a terrace with a stunning river view, a garden, a hot tub that accommodates 10 people on the covered terrace, an outdoor kitchen, a large BBQ, and a heated pool. The house contains 8 bedrooms with a total of 14 beds: 1 king-size, 6 queen-size, 4 full-size, and 3 twin beds. Seven bedrooms come with their own en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with an individually controlled smart TV, offering access to personal Netflix, YouTube, etc. - This charming and well-kept house is ideal for large groups wishing to stay together. While it may not offer the luxury standards or services of a high-star hotel, it provides a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for casual gatherings of family and friends. - The property boasts a beautiful expanse of land, enveloped by nature and trees, with a stunning view of the Rivière des Prairies. - If you are very picky or seek very high standards and detailed finishes, this house may not be for you. This is more of a cozy house that is perfect for casual family and friends' gatherings and reunions. - The property offers abundant free parking, complimentary cable and Netflix, free Wi-Fi, a heated private pool, a 10 persons hot tub, a pool table, a covered terrace, and provided linens and towels among other amenities. - Situated in a family-friendly residential area, the house does not permit parties. While you may use the house for gatherings and accommodations, such as bachelor parties, the actual celebrations must take place in clubs or restaurants, not on the premises. - The house is an ideal setting for family reunions and gatherings with friends. - Per the city of Montreal bylaws, loud music or noise is not allowed outdoors after 11pm and must be adhered to. - Upon arriving at the house post-midnight, ensure that you and your guests enter quietly and avoid congregating or making noise outside to prevent disturbing the neighbors. - Private events may be permitted following a discussion about the specifics and additional fees with the host, and subsequent host approval. If approved, an extra charge will be applied. - Parties that require paid admission or are open to the general public are strictly prohibited. - The pool, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ are typically available from April 27 until the last week of October. - The outdoor terrace is shielded with transparent plexiglass, but it is not completely waterproof. - Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for the pool or hot tub, as well as bathrobes and slippers. We provide only white towels for use in the bathroom. - Numerous restaurants, large supermarkets, and various services are available within a half-mile radius of the house. - The house is located just a 15-minute drive from the Centropolis lifestyle center in Laval, which boasts a vast array of restaurants featuring diverse cuisines, coffee shops, bistro bars, nightclubs, and movie theaters. - The house is conveniently located near public transportation, including bus, metro (subway), and train stations. It's a 20-minute drive from Montreal International Airport and a 25-minute drive to downtown and Old Montreal. - Other House rules: The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Upon check in, we do personally receive the guest and show them around the house. We provide them with all the necessary info and access passwords. Well known for its beautiful Nature surroundings, beautiful trees and close to the riviere des prairies, close to the Beausejour park that is known for exotic birds viewing. The house is inside the city of Montreal. It is at 20 minute drive from downtown Montreal and old Montreal. It is also at less than 10 minute drive from the 'Cote Vertu' subway station which would take you to almost anywhere in the greater Montreal area. The bus stop is at 2 minutes walk from the house. The house is also less than 10 minute drive to the Highways: 15 N/S, 20 E/W, 40 E/W. Around the house, within 1 mile radius, there are many restaurants, large supermarkets, Banks, pharmacies, shopping, etc. The house is also at 15 minute drive from the 'Centropolis' lifestyle center in the city of Laval, which hosts the largest variety of restaurants, bars and the night clubs in the province of Quebec. - The house is located in a family-oriented residential neighborhood, no parties are allowed at the house. If you are coming to celebrate a bachelor or a similar type of party, then you can use the house for your gathering and stay, however you need to celebrate your parties at clubs or restaurants and not at the house. - The house is a perfect place for family reunions and gatherings. - Outside loud music or noise or are not permitted after 11pm according to the city of Montreal bylaws that needs to be respected. - When you arrive at the house after midnight, please make sure that you and your guests enter the house quietly and not gather and make noise outside that may disturb the neighbors in any way. Please bring your own pool or Hot Tub towels and bathrobes since we only provide white towels for bathrooms use. The pool, outside kitchen and BBQ are usually open from the first or second week of May till the last week of October if the weather permits. The outside terrace is covered with transparent plexiglass; However it is not 100% waterproof.
